Touch a Truck  10AM to 2PM, August 2, 2025
Mt. Auburn Church  3100 W. Stones Crossing Road

This will be a big event.  Last year there were over 2,500 visitors!  That number may be exceeded this year. 

Here are the details for our club's display:
•    We will be in the same place as last year, in the pavilion on the northeast corner of the church property.  Our space will be roughly 20 feet by 20 feet.  The local high school robotics club will occupy the rest of the pavilion which is the same as last year.
•    Please be in place by 9am. This means, at a minimum, that your vehicle is unloaded and parked in the field on the west side of the church. There will be additional display vehicles arriving after 9am, and the organizers would like other traffic to be at a minimum.  Plan on staying until 2pm, as you will not be able to bring your car to the pavilion to load up prior to that.
•    Several round tables will be provided for display purposes, and hopefully two rectangular tables for the simulator.  Bringing your own chairs is highly recommended.
•    Also, as last year, there will not be a safe place to fly.  There just isn't anywhere where we would not have people under the aircraft.
•    McDonald's is located about 200 feet east of the pavilion.  There is no provision for breakfast at the event, so Mickey D's is a viable option for you.  A free lunch will be provided, but the line may be long.  Going early may be a good option.
