Forum Feature Change

I have disabled the ability of Regular Members to upload attachments to the Forum.

Regular Members are defined as people who sign up on the forum and are not put in another group such as RC South Member.

The Reason I have done this is to prevent spam advertisement, and to tighten up security abit.  

If you are a Regular Member and you would like to upload attachements, send me a message and explaining who you are and your intentions on this site, and I will add you to an group that can upload attachements and custom Avatars.
