Cub Scout Pack 264 Demo - Mon 5/17 - 7pm-???

One of our former club members, Alan Benjamin, is now involved with Cub Scouts - Local Pack 264.
He asked if he could bring the pack out to our field on Monday evening, (May 17th) for a demo.

Given that this is a week night, and will not conflict with training, I decided to support this activity.

In order to support this demo, the field will be "closed" Monday from 7pm 'til dark.
I will need a few members to bring aircraft down to demo for the scouts.

If the weather doesn't cooperate, we will meet the scouts at Greenwood Christian Church instead.
This church is located due West of the field at the intersection of Averitt and Worthville roads.

Given the wet & rainy weather we've had, and the forecast for tomorrow, I think we'd be better off meeting at the church instead of the field.

The meetings are held at the Greenwood Christian Church, at the intersection of Averitt Road and Worthsville Road.  We will need to enter at the south east entrance. It is the one closest to Worthsville road. Once in the building you should be in a very large common area. Go straight back and when you get to the very back of the room go to the right and down the next hallway until you get to the second entrance. There will be another hallway and the meeting room is down on the left.

Alan is trying to get permission for us to fly some indoor demos.  Plan on bringing some planes to show and some to fly - if we're able to.
