We will be having our Annual Club Dinner at Dye's Walk Country Club on Saturday, January 15th, 2011. We will start at 6:00pm, and dinner will be served at 6:30pm. We will be using their new upper level dining room this year. Dye's Walk is located East of Hwy 135 between Smith Valley & Stones Crossing roads. The address is 2080 S. State Road 135, Greenwood, IN.
Cost will be $15 per person. You need to RSVP to Matt Hanley
-treasurer@indyrcsouth.org no later than Monday, Jan 10th (our next club meeting) if you plan to attend. You can either pay Matt at the January meeting or send him a check for the dinner to 7433 Licannor Lane, Indianapolis, IN 46217.
The menu will be very similar to the excellent food we had last year - grilled chicken with cheese/tomato, cheese tortellini, broccoli & cheese casserole, baked potato casserole, steamed green beans and rolls. There will also be something for dessert. They have a cash bar, and non-alchoholic drinks are free.
There will be several raffle prizes again this year. For the ladies, a $50 Simon gift card and a home spa kit complete with fluffy robe, soaps, lotions and wine. For the gents, a Hitec X4 4-channel multi-charger, an ARF electric Sopwith Camel, an ElectriFly Yak-54 foamie, and a BNF Night Vapor. To participate, you will purchase books of tickets - $10 or $20 - which contain different colored tickets for each of the items.
