This event is open to anyone with current AMA that would like to join us.

This is a combination event - Fun Fly and Combat.
We are planning to start the Fun Fly at 2pm, and have the Combat after the first Fun Fly round.
Once the debris is cleared from the runway, we will do the second Fun Fly round.

For the Fun Fly, each pilot will perform the following maneuvers each round:
1) Bomb drop - Using a non-mechanical release, the pilot will approach the bullseye and attempt to drop their bomb in the grid for points.
2) Limbo pass - Pilot will fly between a crepe paper streamer and the ground, without breaking the streamer or touching the ground.  Pilot will be able to select what height they would like to try for.  Lower heights will result in higher scores - if the attempt is successful.
3) Stick break - A styrofoam cup will be placed on a 3' balsa stick.  Pilot will attempt to break the stick, thereby knocking the cup to the ground, without touching the ground with the airplane.
4) Spot landing - Pilot will attempt to touch down inside the bullseye grid for points.  This is a landing, not a touch-n-go.  Points will be scored based on where the main wheel(s) touch.
For any questions on the Fun Fly, contact Duane Wright - wrightdd@comcast.net

The Combat will be full-contact, and for electric-powered aircraft only.  Everyone that wants to participate will kick in $5, and the winner will end up with the pot.  Each pilot will have a spotter that will count how many hits the pilot has.  The event will be timed, and after 5 minutes have elapsed, the one with the most hits wins.  In the case of a tie, the pot will be split.
For any questions on the Combat, contact me - indyrcpilot@comcast.net

Hope to see you at the event!
