Indy RC South will have its Annual Club Dinner on January 6th this year.

The event is scheduled to take place at the St. Jude's Church cafeteria facility, located on MacFarland, north of Edgewood.  The parking lot and facility are on the East side of the road.  The entrance doors are on the northwest corner of the building, under the "St. Jude" name and cross, and the 5375 address number.

If you are signed up to attend, don't forget each attendee is to bring a gift item of $10 minimum value (hobby, household, decorative, etc.).  The facility is quite large, if you have a small electric helicopter, bring it along.  There is room to play!  Lastly, while there will be assorted beverages available, attendees are free to BYOB.

We have space for many attendees.  If you have not signed up to attend, you may still come and pay at the door!  You might be the one to leave with a new Spektrum7 radio.

6:00pm  Social Hour 

7:00pm Dinner - Roast Pork Loin, Beef Tips/Gravy, Tossed Salad, Dinner Rolls, Whipped Potatoes/Gravy, Green Beans, Corn, Assorted Cheese Cakes

8:00pm Awards

8:10pm Activity - Auction (Each Attendee to bring unwrapped $10 Minimum value Hobby, Household or Decorative item.  Each attendee will receive $10 of "Funny Money" in exchange for their item. A not for profit auction will be held using the "Funny Money" provided to bid for the items.  Individuals may pool their "Funny Money", or augment their bids with "Cash".) 

9:00pm Raffle - A Spektrum 7 Radio will be raffled off and a "Bag" of any cash accumulated from the auction will be given away.

Hey everyone,  I was woundering if i can get a late reservation in for the dinner i was unable to attend due to work. if there is please let me know.

         Hey everyone It's been awhile and i miss talking to everyone. Unfortunitly i wont beable to be at dinner i have started a new position with Perry Township Fire Department And my shift falls on the 6 th of jan But i will be thinking of you guys and i hope you all have a wounderful NEW YEARS. But i will be able to make the 1st of the year meeting on the 8th.

         Does anyone know who was flying on 29th Friday at the field about 12:30 The reason i was asking my wife for a Christmas presant bought me 2 hours of Discovery Flight at Greenwood Aviation and i flew over the field it was one of the greatest things i have done in awhile.  They actually let you fly but it was great. who knows maybe i might make a part time career of it.
