What hours do you need help? I've got the in-laws visiting next week, so I'm not sure how long I can escape, but I'll be looking for an excuse to escape as well...

We might have a light crew this year for Mickey’s camp but we’ll do what we can.  If you can find anyone to bring with you that can help on buddy boxes or repairs that would be great!

So far I have for sure:
John Gaither
Duane Wright
Mark Schofield
Mark Walter
Bill Rugenstein (on battery Duty)
Bob Badger (I think?)
Col Chuck

Did I hear Matt say he was coming to help?
Anyone have his email address?

If you have any questions call/email

My cell number is 439-4102.. I’m swamped at work and will be in meetings /training classes until after 2:00 tommorow, but I will try to check messages when I can.

We have six complete (almost 7) airplanes.

So for I have:
1 Dx7 and and Jr radio as a buddy box
1 Futaba 7C and futaba buddy box on 57
1 DX6 that needs a “Smart” buddy Box
1 Futaba dx6 on  channel 15 (need a “Smart”) buddy box

I do have two elevon mixers coming from tower hobbies I ordered on JR and one Futab (does it really matter for elevon mixing?)  they should be here tomorrow.

I’m bringing:
12X12 shelter
Generator
Three (if I can find all three) 10 amp power supplies
All four of my chargers (two for transmitters) and two for batteries
Six charging leads for batteries
Probably four chairs and three tables
They will supply water and sodas

We could use:
Jr Charge leads and chargers
Futuba charge leads and chargers
Neat Demo planes

Don’t forget dinner is Sullivans and the new Mayor is the speaker.
Don’t worry shorts and camp shirt is the dress attire!

We have a pretty full schedule in the morning and it it get’s thin in the afternoon (at least as of a couple weeks ago)

> Here are your updated numbers right now:
I think these are 1.5 hour session.
Please bring something interesting to fly as demo if you can.

Sorry I couldn't escape work or the in-laws.  Let me know if we do it again next year so I can plan to take the day off.

How did it go this year?
