All,

After a lengthy 6 month repair job, the F35 JSF prototype took to the air again last Friday afternoon, 12/7/2007.

A few hrs later, the F-35 CATbird also flew. The CATbird is a modified B-737 with all the F35 radar and avionics onboard, a flying avionics and radar test bed.
