This is the thread for additional information on the ADA event, to be held on 9/20, from 10am-5pm.

There will be three main raffles for the ADA Fly-In this year.

1)  Balsa USA Spad 13 kit

2)  Ready-to-fly Modeltech Fledgling electric

3)  Ride in a WWII vintage EAA Warbird

Tickets can be purchased prior to the event at Hobby R/C.

Here is the Air Show schedule as of today. I'd like to get this wrapped up and published by Tuesday if possible.  The bolded items are confirmed  the others are up for discussion or grabs if you'd like 10 minutes of fame!

Ok the bold didn't work.  I've talked to Al Tucker, Tim Mills, Baker, and Joe Farris so far!  We could use a few more feature pilots!

Bold Seems to be working just fine,

Spoke with Joe Cotton yesterday and he indicated that Seth was planning on being here for the event.

I left voice mail today with Joe.  wanted to make sure the times worked for them.
Still could use a few more "Featured Pilot times."  I'm not sure what door prizes we have but i'm planning on doing a ticket fly for the open fly as well as the featured pilots, just like we did last year!

Is someone going to get the supplies for Tx impound? I know that there are AMA forms for impound, and you probably have them. Let me know please. Thanks

I'll print off the forms and pick up tags for the impound. I've got the handout ready (I think) if I can figure out how to add a file I'll post it for review. I'm hoping to print them this evening
