I'm not an expert, so please take this for what it is worth.  I'm in the process of installing my first gas engine as faced a similar situation.

First, you must use Tygon tubing for fuel lines.  The lines used for glow applications will not react kindly when exposed to gasoline.

Second, add a pressure tap to the muffler.  It is a simple drill and tap procedure.  This will vent the tank.

Then everything is pretty much like a glow application.  Depending on your setup, you can use either a two or three line system between the motor and tank, based on your preferences and how you want to fill/empty the tank.

By the way, I was able to start and run my gas engine with the pressure fitting added.  So far, it has not shown any ill effects.  Still must fly it to be sure.
