The scouts are scheduled on the 9th of August from 10:00 - 2:00.  Who can help with:

Planes and Buddy Box instruction?
Building the Delta Darts... Chuck G do you have about 30 of the darts?
Building boards  Doug Gifford check?
Food Any chefs that can cook some good stuff?
Instruction on how the planes work.. Chuck and Biff
I think there was another pack that wanted to join us?   Anyone know who that was?
Eric Are you still around?   what about your troop?
What have I missed

Thanks Jerry, It’s not looking great at this point.  Scouts are coming but not many have confirmed yet. I have about 6 so far. I haven't heard about the other pack and Eric's troop hasn't responded either.   
I called a few of the usual pilots this evening.  Several of the usual pilots are out of town, or have other commitments.  I think we'll have enough but I'm not sure yet.  Please post here or call me if you haven't committed or declined already

John-Please be sure to keep me up to date on this Sat. deal. I doesn't bother me if 6 or 8 is all that shows up. It is still fun & good for the club PR. If you haven't yet called Jeff Stone, do so. He likes this program; pilot or kid helper, doesn't matter to him. I'll try to get Dan Cambell to be there; he enjoys this program too.

I'll check my schedule when I get back to the office tomorrow, but I should be able to help out however I can.  I can help with the grill, building the little darts, or explaining Bernoulli's principal.  Not sure I'm quite qualified as a trainer, but I'll give it a shot if necessary.
